Encampment Reporting Form

The following form will help gather information on encampments in our municipality, and notify our outreach team to respond. If you need to report an immediate safety risk or criminal activity, call 9-1-1. Otherwise, please fill in the form below.

Things to consider when reporting:
•    Encampment cleanliness (Is there any garbage or debris?)
•    Animals (Does the site have any pets? Are they on a leash?)
•    Potential hazards (Electrical, fire, sharps, blocking an exit, fire hydrant, road, pathway or park?)
•    Is there damage to any surrounding structures or the natural environment?
•    Is the location quiet? Is there noise?
•    Is the encampment accessible? Can it be safely accessed by the public?
