Application for a Search of Records - Building Permits

Search of Records Non-Refundable Fee - $50.00 includes up to 10 pages of large format drawings and up to 15 pages of small format. Greater than 10 pages of large format drawings is an additional $25.00 per page. You will be forwarded to the payment page once you submit.

We do have access to the building permit files back 15 years for residential permits. If the building permit was obtained prior to this date, a copy of a record may not be available.

The search usually takes 5-6 days to complete.
