Application for a Search of Records - Building Permits

This form is not submitted electronically. A PDF will be emailed to the email provided. Please print and sign that copy and submit with your permit application package.

Note: If the applicant is other than the owner of the property, a completed owner authorization form is required to accompany the submission.
Application submission to be forwarded to the Building & Septic Division, Lindsay Office, 180 Kent St W., Lindsay ON K9V 2Y6 or via email to buildingadmin@kawarthalakes.ca
Search of Records Fee - $50.00 includes up to 10 pages of large format drawings and up to 15 pages of small format. Greater than 10 pages of large format drawings is an additional $25.00 per page.

Print, sign and submit, via email, drop off at any municipal Service Centre, mail to the address at the top of this form or alternatively email to buildingadmin@kawarthalakes.ca
